MISSION OR VISION: The mission of the campaign is to raise awareness of the prevalence of age discrimination in the workplace and to let people know they are not alone. Sometimes, people going through this lose confidence in their abilities because they are being questioned in their work environment. It is important to know that it is not their lack of ability, but the underlying bias in their workplace. We want people to know older workers should be valued. Ageism should not be normalized.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Photographing people who have faced age discrimination to put a face to the issue and a platform for people to tell their stories.
